  • Everyone experiences changes in their lives...and it is easy to get swept away in past memories and future endeavors.
    I have found that everyday I experience something that "grounds" me. Something that makes me stop and look around where I'm at.
    It may be a quote, it may be an experience, or something you said.
    Whatever it may be, these are things that remind me to be thankful, to be happy, and to just simply live.
